Accommodation
All participants have the possibility to book also their accommodation for the nights June 12 - 16, 2023 during the registration process.
The Dynamic Walking conference will be carried out at two seminar hotels in Bavaria:
- Accomodation Package I (June 12 – 14)

Karl-Eberth-Haus in Steingaden (https://www.karl-eberth-haus.de)
We recommend that everyone books both the package “accommodation I (June 12 – 14)” (for a room in Seminarhotel Jonathan, Chieming) and the package “accommodation II (June 14 – 16)” (for a room in Karl-Eberth-Haus, Steingaden), in addition to the “conference fee” and “event package”, which every participant has to pay for.
Only a few participants have indicated they would only join the conference later or have to leave early. In their case, it might make sense to only book one of the two accommodation packages. Please note that the booking of an accommodation package may refer to a single / double or multi-bed room (3-room/ 4-room or 5 room). The distribution of the participants to the different rooms has been done by the organizer, based on the information (Excel sheet) provided by each participant.
For simplicity of organization, the prices for the accommodation packages form uniform prices, i.e. they are independent of the assigned room. By booking the accommodation packages, you confirm that you are aware of this setting and agree with it. Please also note that these accommodations, reserved by the organizer for the conference participants as a courtesy, are only recommended and not obligatory.
Participants, who prefer to sleep in different hotels, have to take care of their hotel booking by themselves. Same holds for the transfer from their hotels to the conference venues and back. Please feel free to choose the right accommodation for yourself. We kindly ask you to make all bookings directly with the hotel.

Accommodation June 16-17,2023
The organiser has not arranged any accommodation for the night June, 16-17 as some of the participants may be returning home on the last day of the road trip (16 June 2023). The transfer bus journey will end for all participants of the Dynamic Waking Roadtrip at Jaeger's Hostel, Senefelderstraße 3, 80336 München.
The Jaeger's Hostel is centrally located in Munich, not far from the central station and within walking distance of the Hofbräuhaus, where the farewell dinner will take place in the evening of June 16.
Please note:
The accommodation from 16.6.-17.6.2023 is not bookable via the registration process on our website - all participants are free to book their room directly with a hotel in Munich. We recommend that everyone books their accommodation June 16 – 17 at Jaeger's Hostel. They offer affordable overnight stays in multi-bed rooms.
