Payments & Cancellation

The following means of payment is available for participants

• Payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa Card)
• Payment by bank transfer
  please note: all bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant and may not be deducted from the amount remitted

Upon completion of the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be generated by the system and automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Please do not send any payments by bank transfer without quoting the invoice number and the participant’s name included in the payment details. Payments without the required reference information cannot be processed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Participants

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by e-mail to Johannes.Englsberger@dlr.de

Please refer to the following important deadlines for cancellation for the onsite participation:

• Until May 30, 2023: 100% refund minus 50 Euro of the administration fee
• After May 30, 2023 there will be no refund.

Please note refunds will be made after the DLR conference Dynamic Walking.
