Registration Fees

Registration Fees Participants

All participants and delegates as well as sponsors must register for the DLR conference Dynamic Walking in full as per the categories and rates outlined below. Participants, delegates and sponsors can register only via the registration facility on this website.

Information for our sponsors:

All sponsors will receive an email from the DLR provider BESL with a registration code to register for the event. Registration is possible with registration code only. During the registration process, all sponsors will have the option to book the accommodation package 1 and 2. In case of booking the accommodation package you will receive an invoice for the hotel accommodation otherwise you will receive only a confirmation of your registration as a sponsor.  

The participation fee for all participants delegates and sponsors includes:

  • Admission to the whole scientific program 
  • Coffee breaks and lunches 
  • Participation in the social events and activities, incl. food and beverages (with limited amount of drinks per person) 
  • Dinner Monday - Friday 

The participation fee for accompanying persons includes:

  • Participation in the social events and activities, incl. food and beverages (with limited amount of drinks per person) 
  • Dinner Monday - Friday 
  • bustransfers

We recommend that (unless arranged differently with the organizer) everyone books both the package “accommodation I (June 12 – 14)” (for a room in Seminarhotel Jonathan, Chieming) and the package “accommodation II (June 14 – 16)” (for a room in Karl-Eberth-Haus, Steingaden), in addition to the “conference fee” and “event package”, which every participant has to pay for.

The Dynamic Walking conference will be carried out at two seminar hotels in Bavaria:
